Deliu: The Kosovo government destroyed everything achieved with the US and the EU
The deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Blerta Deliu, said that the situation in the north of Kosovo had worsened in the last three months due to the "childish and reckless" actions of the Kosovo government, while the deputy prime minister and chief negotiator of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, said that the PDK deputy should be ashamed for of those accusations, Reporteri reports.
"How is it possible to destroy all that investment with the US, the EU, and the governments of Kosovo in a short period of time?” Deliu asked, referring to the resignations of Serbs from the police, judiciary, Central Election Commission, customs, municipalities, and other institutions.
At the session of the Parliamentary Committee for European Integration, Deliu asked Bislimi what would be done for the return of the Serbs to Kosovo's institutions.
Bislimi said that the return of Serbs to the institutions "will be discussed at the session scheduled for 11:30".
"If you had a quarter of the information that I have about how Kosovo was presented in the Kosovo-Serb dialogue, you would be ashamed to come here. If you talk to me about the dialogue, I will show you your achievements in the north. Smuggling, illegal routes, drug laboratories, non-payment of electricity and water, Milosevic's license plates, use of Serbian dinar...", stated Bislimi and added that "these are assets" of the opposition in the north of Kosovo, which the current government "destroyed".
When asked by the LDK how it was possible that the health budget was reduced by 14.6 percent, Bislimi denied it, telling Deliu that she "doesn't know how to read numbers".
