Djuric: The Brussels agreement is dead; apartheid in Kosovo

The Ambassador of Serbia to the US, Marko Djuric, assessed that the Brussels Agreement was dead and that apartheid was on the scene in Kosovo, because today in North Mitrovica, representatives of the Kosovo Serbs in the city assembly had been replaced by the representatives of the Kosovo Albanians.
