Fico: We will never let Serbia down when it comes to Kosovo and Metohija

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico addressed a rally of the “Aleksandar Vucic – United Serbia” list in Novi Sad in Serbian, saying that Slovakia would continue to respect Serbia’s territorial integrity when it came to Kosovo.

Fico stressed that Serbia would always have a sincere friend in Slovakia.

“Slovakia will continue to respect Serbia’s territorial integrity. I will repeat: when it comes to Kosovo and Metohija, we will never let you down. In me and in Slovakia, Aleksandar and Serbia will always have a sincere friend who cannot be influenced by any pressure,” Fico said.

He called on Serbs to preserve peace, stability and progress.

“I want to tell you today as well: preserve peace, preserve stability, and preserve the progress you have achieved. These are far too difficult times to choose uncertainty,” Fico said.
