German Government does not know about ethnically motivated crimes against Serbs in Kosovo

The German Government does not know about ethnically motivated crimes against Serbs in Kosovo, according to the answer to the question of the "Alternative for Germany" (AfD) faction MPs.

"The German Government does not have any knowledge of its own or anyone else's regarding ethnically motivated crimes in the Serbian enclaves in Kosovo," it is said in response to the MPs' inquiry.

The Government, it is added, indicates the Kosovo constitution in its response, which, as they underline, contains comprehensive guarantees of human rights, including the protection of recognized ethnic minorities.

"The Government has on several occasions publicly called on both sides to engage constructively, as well as the Kosovo Government to intensify the dialogue with the Kosovo-Serb minority," it is added in the response to the AfD.
