The Vice-President of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lutfi Haziri, told ABC News that Albin Kurti's visit to North Macedonia had had a "deeper" political goal - to cover up the affairs and scandals that had broken out in Kosovo.

"Kurti needed such an agenda as a part of his political goals in the region. The goals are the unification of the Albanians in the region, but the political motive is deeper. It is about closing the affairs and scandals that broke out in Kosovo, related to energy and state reserves." Haziri said.

He also stated that it had not been the visit of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, but the leader of Self-Determination, and that Kurti's messages had caused discord because he had openly sided with the opposition.

"Kurti is trying to create an ideological coalition, bypassing the state protocol," Haziri pointed out.

Regarding relations with neighbors, Haziri assessed that Pristina created crises, stating that Kurti had broken off relations with the Prime Ministers of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, and Albania, Edi Rama.

"Pristina leads a bad policy and creates crises, exploiting the Albanian community. Kurti used Presevo and Bujanovac only for political purposes. What distinguishes Kurti from other leaders is that he is ideologicaly, not nationaly oriented," Haziri said clearly.
