The head of the Self-Determination parliamentary group, Mimoza Kusari Lila, announced that she had filed a criminal complaint against former MP Slavko Simic because he had recorded their conversations, which had been recently published in the media.

Kusari Lila wrote on Facebook that the distribution of audio recordings of the conversation with the official of the Serb List "was not correct" and that the publication of those audio recordings and their interpretation had led to threats against her.

She accuses the opposition Democratic Party of Kosovo of broadcasting what she called fake news about her.

She added that the campaign against her had been actually directed at Serbia.

"During this period, dozens of fake news were published, which were placed by the parliamentary, opposition PDK. This is a campaign of attacks on me and consequently on the duties I perform, against the political and institutional group to which I belong. The Serb List has not been part of the institutions for 14 months. Former members of the Serb List resigned from the Assembly of Kosovo," she stated on Facebook, among other things.

She added that it was an "extreme abuse of illegal material", which would be handed over to the competent institutions.
