Luzha: The CSM formation is indisputable
The formation of the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities (CSM) is indisputable because it is an international agreement, Besa Luzha from the "Friedrich Ebert" foundation said for Klan Kosova.
"In my opinion, one thing that many people do not understand, neither in the analyzes nor in the various debates, is that the issue of the CSM is indisputable. An international agreement about CSM was reached, it was voted in the parliament, and a decision was made by the Constitutional Court", Luzha said.
Luzha added that the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities should be formed as proposed by the Constitutional Court and that the version accepted by that court might not be liked by the Serbs either.
"A Community of Serb-majority Municipalities, which would have been like Republika Srpska in Kosovo, would be harmful. The Constitutional Court had shown how it could be formed because an agreement had been reached, but the Serbs would not accept it either. As a state, you have an obligation to do that," Luzha emphasized.
