Miller: Whoever contributed, we are pleased to see the release of the Kosovo policemen

Whoever had contributed to the decision, we were pleased to see the release of the three Kosovo policemen, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said in today's address to the media.

When asked whose diplomacy was responsible for that decision, i.e. whether it was influenced by a former official of the previous US administration or Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbcn, Miller recalled that the US had repeatedly called for the release of police officers.

"We are satisfied that it happened. I am not the spokesperson of previous administrations. Success always has many fathers. Whatever was the reason for their release, we are satisfied that it happened," Miller said.
