Office for Kosovo and Metohija: Action with rifles on Good Friday, a continuation of mistreatment of the Serbs

The Office for Kosovo and Metohija of the Government of Serbia announced that the intrusion of ROSU Special Forces into a Serbian house in the village of Babudovica, in the municipality of Zubin Potok, on Good Friday, was a continuation of the mistreatment of the Serbs.

As they assessed, it was no coincidence that Pristina had chosen this significant Orthodox day to "exercise their forces and bring unrest and concern among the Serbs, especially in the north of Kosovo and Metohija".

They state that the Albanian politicians in Pristina were obviously afraid of the harmony shown by the representatives of the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija at the meeting with President Aleksandar Vucic, where they clearly agreed that they would be united and firm in their intention to remain on their centuries-old hearths and where the Serbs received the strong support of their country.

"The action with rifles that Pristina carried out, which was deliberately targeted on Good Friday, shows that the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija cannot celebrate their religious holidays in peace," the statement pointed out.
