Office for Kosovo and Metohija: With attacks on Belgrade, Kurti wants to hide the truth about Racak and crimes against Serbs

The systematic fabrication of facts regarding the Racak case has continued today with an orchestrated campaign by Pristina and attacks by Albin Kurti on Belgrade, aimed at obscuring the truth about this event as well as numerous unpunished crimes against Serbs, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija stated.

“An expert, detailed, methodical, and fact-based report by investigative judge Danica Marinkovic in this case unequivocally confirms the truth about all manipulations of evidence and narratives regarding Racak orchestrated by William Walker, as well as that Racak was the largest stronghold of KLA terrorists. That truth will remain permanently recorded and preserved from oblivion despite Pristina’s brazen attempts to present these events in a different light,” the statement reads.

The Office stated that “this campaign of lies” served as justification and pretext for the illegal aggression by part of the international community against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the NATO bombing, contrary to international law and outside the United Nations Security Council’s decisions.

“We remind that to this day no one has been held accountable for the crimes against Serbs committed by KLA terrorists, from Staro Gracko, Livadica, the murders of Serbian children at Bistrica, and numerous other atrocities, while trials in The Hague are being conducted against the leaders of this criminal organization for monstrous killings, kidnappings, and torture of Serbs. Furthermore, more than 550 members of our people have been listed as missing for 26 years, and their families are still waiting for justice. Albin Kurti should also face this truth,” the Office for Kosovo and Metohija added.
