The Office for Kosovo and Metohija stated in response to the incursion of the Kosovo Police into the Post Office in Gorazdevac that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti had left the Serbs from that Serbian enclave without money for food and medicine, continuing his "campaign" against Serbian citizens and institutions.

"The so-called Kosovo Police, under Kurti's direct orders, continued today with actions of harassment and intimidation against the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, with a particular focus on the returnee village of Gorazdevac, in an attempt to force Serbian returnees, who have been left without pensions and social benefits, to leave their homes under additional pressure," the Office for Kosovo and Metohija's statement reads.

As it is further added, the Kosovo Police seized computers and all documentation at the Post Office in Gorazdevac today.

"His police and judicial units raided the premises of the Gorazdevac Post Office, conducted a search, seized computers and all documentation, including pension checks used to pay pensions to the elderly citizens, and questioned citizens about whether they withdrew money in dinars. At the same time, they also identified journalists who were present outside the facility. This is what Kurti's democracy and the rule of law look like, leaving Serbs in this Metohija enclave without a penny of income, without money to buy medicine or a loaf of bread, by confiscating 4 million dinars intended for pensions and socially vulnerable categories from the Post Office workers two days ago and now intimidating them with additional repression," the statement emphasizes.

The Office for Kosovo and Metohija recalls that earlier today, Kurti's police prohibited a vehicle transporting dinars for pensions and social benefits from entering Kosovo, thereby preventing the money from reaching pensioners and socially vulnerable categories of citizens, for whom this is the sole source of income, directly jeopardizing their livelihoods.

"For days, we have been facing the strongest attempts at persecuting the Serbs in recent history. Institutions vital for the Serbian population are being closed, thereby depriving our people of the right to life, all in front of international representatives," they add from the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

As they emphasize, despite numerous appeals from European and global officials and institutions, Kurti continues his campaign against Serbian institutions and citizens, driven by his sole obsession, reportedly, to expel the Serbs to complete extermination.
