Orlic: The fight for Kosovo continues with facts and arguments, we will always stick firmly to our Constitution
President of the Serbian Parliament and Vice President of the Serbian Progressive Party, Vladimir Orlic, said that when it comes to the situation in Kosovo, the fight continues with facts and arguments, even though the conditions are "worse than impossible".
"The easiest thing could have been for Aleksandar Vucic to say back in 2013: "The situation is terribly difficult, and you all know what moves were made by those before me and who led to this and that it is not my fault, so don't blame me you expect me to do the impossible now". However, he never said that, but decided that even in those conditions, worse than impossible, he would fight for our country, our people and exclusively our interests," said Orlic.
He pointed out that Vucic was the only one who clearly said to everyone's face that there is no recognition of Kosovo, nor membership in the UN.
"We will always stick firmly to our Constitution - these are our red lines. And from those who say the most disgusting things every day against the President of Serbia, you could never see or hear such a clear position or show such courage. On the contrary", stated Orlic.
He reminded that, thanks to the President of Serbia, 28 countries withdrew the recognition of Kosovo, and that it was the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija with 75 percent of the votes for the electoral list "Aleksandar Vucic - Serbia must not stand still", who clearly communicated who they support and respect, whom they consider to be the only one fighting for them and their children.
