Petar Petkovic, Director of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo and Metohija, criticized Nenad Rasic, Kosovo's Minister for Communities and Returns, for supporting the decision to provide a defense for KLA commanders before the court in The Hague. Petkovic said that by supporting the KLA, Rasic had spat on Serbian victims.

“While expressing his strongest support for the student blockade list, Nenad Rasic today voted at a session of the so-called government in Pristina in favor of a decision to provide a defense for the commanders of the terrorist KLA before the court in The Hague. In other words, on the very same day, Kurti's servant Rasic expressed support both for the students leading the blockades and for Thaci, Veseli, Krasniqi and Selimi, the greatest criminals against the Serb people. Rasic, who spat on Serbian victims today by supporting the KLA, declares that unconditional support for the so-called student list is a ‘civilizational obligation’,” Petkovic wrote on the social network “X”.

He added that Albin Kurti had intervened in Serbia's elections in the strongest possible way, hoping to bring about Serbia's downfall.

“A united Serbia will not allow them to do that, we guarantee it!!!” Petkovic said.

Rasic did not attend today's session of the Kosovo government at which a decision was adopted to establish a working group tasked with drafting and coordinating a strategy concerning the appeals proceedings before the Specialist Chambers in the case against convicted KLA leaders. However, he said that he believed the deputy minister had received his approval to vote in favor of the decision.
