Rohde on Trendafilova: The press conference's cancellation after pressure from KLA veterans raises grave concerns

German Ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, expressed serious concern over the cancellation of yesterday’s press conference by the President of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, Ekaterina Trendafilova, due to security reasons following pressure from KLA veterans.

“The Kosovo Specialist Chambers are part of the Kosovar legal system, and informing the public is an essential pillar of its mandate. The press conference's cancellation after pressure from KLA veterans raises grave concerns. Authorities must ensure that the court can execute its work unhindered,” Rohde wrote on the social network Bluesky.
