After the Serbian Patriarch Porfirije was banned from entering Kosovo, the Serb list also announced that "the anti-Serb regime of Albin Kurti in Pristina, after revoking all rights of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, and continuing repression against the Serbian people, today took a step further, preventing the head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Porfirije, from being with his faithful people and in his church".

As stated in the announcement, "on the day when Christians celebrate Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar and pray for peace, Albin Kurti and his servants do not allow the Serbian patriarch to be with his people, and once again with his authority to call for peace and coexistence in these areas."

Knowing the importance of the Serbian Ortodox Church among our citizens, it is easy to understand all the revolt and indignation of every Orthodox because of this shameful and unprovoked decision. The Serb List strongly condemns this shameful act of the dictatorial regime in Pristina and calls on all who are considered human rights fighters to raise their voices and condemn this behavior of the repressive regime in Pristina.

The Serbian List states "all those hypocrites who talk about freedom of movement in the north now have the opportunity to publicly condemn the abolition of the right to freedom of movement by Albin Kurti to the Serbian people, and even to the Serbian patriarch Mr. Porfirije".

"Silence on this gross violation of the fundamental rights of the Serbian people will be a stain on the face of the international community and supporters and fighters for human rights."
