Serbian Minister for European Integration Nemanja Starovic stated that the military alliance of Croatia and Albania with Kosovo represents destabilization disguised as cooperation.

Starovic described the alliance as an outrageous provocation in the Balkans.

"Croatia and Albania, two NATO members, are openly building a military alliance with so-called Kosovo, a non-recognized entity explicitly barred from having an army under UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and international law. What is the real goal, if not to encircle, intimidate, and threaten Serbia?" he said.

He added that the reckless move by NATO allies with a "not-a-state" is deliberately shattering the fragile peace in the region.

"Pure destabilization dressed as cooperation," the minister concluded.
