The Trepca South company has ordered the occupants of several properties in central Zvecan to vacate them without delay, or "release the property," which the company claims it owns.

Notices calling for the "release and vacation of the property without delay" have been posted on at least three commercial premises and at the entrance to one residential building, while the Trepca South logo has also been affixed to the window of the Kosovo Post Office.

The document states that the deadline for vacating the premises is 10 days from the date of receipt of the notice.

"Based on official data from the ownership certificates for parcels No. P-7308051-00233-0 and 00226-0, as well as information from the property tax system, we hereby inform you that you are using property owned by Trepca JSC without a valid agreement with this company. Should you fail to comply within the specified deadline, we will be compelled to take appropriate legal action, including seeking compensation for damages and liabilities incurred during the unauthorized use of the property," the document reads.

The occupants are also requested to submit, within 10 days, any official documentation in their possession proving otherwise.

The notices have been posted on a residential building in central Zvecan, which formerly housed a Post of Serbia branch, as well as on commercial premises housing a pharmacy.
