Vucic at Antonio Guterres reception: It is important for Serbia to clearly state its positions everywhere

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic attended a reception in New York hosted by United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres for heads of delegations ahead of the General Debate of the UN General Assembly.

Vucic said that the reception was an opportunity to meet and hold talks with leaders and representatives of countries from different parts of the world.

“It is important for Serbia to clearly state its positions everywhere, present its interests and talk to everyone about the issues that shape the future of our countries and international relations,” Vucic said on Instagram.

He stressed that Serbia continues to pursue a responsible and independent policy, seeking to protect its interests and strengthen its position in international relations.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is in New York for the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
