It was not a problem to talk, but the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities was above all else, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said this evening on the occasion of the invitation of the head of the European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, to continue the talks within the dialogue in Brussels.

Vucic repeated that he would not refuse the invitation, but that he could only go to Brussels as a tourist.

He added that in the next few days, he would decide on going to the Munich Security Conference.

"That is the question, Scholz, Macron, Blinken are coming, if Kurti goes and we are not there, then we will have a problem, and if I go, I know how it will look. I haven't decided yet," Vucic said.

Vucic added that they were trying to convince him to accept something he did not want.

When asked why it was not enough for the opposition to say that he would not recognize Kosovo and that he was against Kosovo in the United Nations, Vucic replied that they were not really interested in that.

"They thought I was afraid to say that, and I let them take a swing. It's not a problem, but the problem is that they won't give up on Kosovo in the UN," Vucic said.

He added that the representatives of the opposition "have no idea" what had been signed so far, or what had been agreed upon, but they told people things that affected emotions.

"They thought I was afraid to say that for the United Nations, so they wanted to forbid me to answer, when they thought I might say that, so they wouldn't bring protesters into the assembly. It was all a trick, and that's the bottom line. I knew that and that's why I didn't interrupt the presentation in the assembly, and I fought with it," Vucic said.
