The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, speaking about the recent incidents in Kosovo, also referred to the article in the "Jerusalem Post", in which it is said that he saved the world from the Third World War, stating that "if a bullet had killed a Serbian child or if someone had been injured, Serbs would have responded and attacked NATO and there would be a war."

"That's why I begged the people. Do you think any of the Serbs wanted us to remove the barricades? I begged them, knowing that they are right in everything they say, but I have to fight to save their lives. I don't want them to lose. I know that the fight is long. It is not a sprint, but a marathon. We need living people to win the race," Vucic said.

He also believes that he lost some of his popularity when he convinced the Serbs to remove the barricades, but that he did it in order to preserve peace and human lives.

"It is up to us to try to calm relations and try to make them better, it is important that we do this with both Bosniaks and Albanians," Vucic said.

Commenting on the fact that Albin Kurti repeats the statements that Kosovo is on the border of the free world with Russia, Vucic said that they were now attacking Serbia through personalization, that is, by calling himself Putin, Putin's servant, who intends to attack countries in the Balkans on behalf of the President of Russia...

"It is both formally and informally part of the agreement to collapse Serbia. They thought it was demolished during DOS, but it recovered and now they have to demolish it again. They are not tearing me down because  of anything, but because, accidentally or not, Serbia is progressing quickly and you can see it at every step," Vucic said.

He also pointed out that the story about Wagner in Serbia is a "notorious lie".

"It is not fair to someone who suffers and who did not punish Tchaikovsky, Dostoyevsky, or Tolstoy, nor is it concerned with whether Gogol is Ukrainian or Russian... Because we accepted everyone from Russia, because their language here is like native, because we are the only country in Europe that has not introduced sanctions... Then what are you doing? Why do you call someone from Serbia 'Wagner', when you know that it is against our regulations", Vucic asked.

He added that it was one of the smartest laws, because we had lost a lot of people during the wars.
