The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said today regarding the claim of Kurti's deputy, Besnik Bislimi, that the Franco-German draft was more favorable to Serbia because it did not provide for mutual recognition, that this showed that he had not read or understood that paper, or announced a new action.

During a tour of the works on the "Milos Veliki" highway section, regarding Albin Kurti's statement that the end of March was the deadline for reaching an agreement, Vucic said that this meant that, if an agreement was not reached by then, Kosovo intended to continue with the punishment related to re-registration vehicles.

"I don't think they have the means to do such things, if they had the means they would remove the barricades. It's a tactic in which we should act happy and keep quiet when someone becomes a member of the UN," Vucic said.

The President of Serbia announced that he would receive the "big four" on St. John's Day and that he would then be more ready to talk about the draft.

"Bislimi is not a man whose word can be trusted, I've made sure of that countless times," Vucic emphasized in response to journalists' questions after touring the works on the construction of the New Belgrade-Surcin highway section.
