Two American KFOR soldiers were baptized in Kosovo on Holy Saturday.

They were baptized at Draganac Monastery by Bishop Ilarion, as reported by TV Hram.

“On Holy Saturday, at Draganac Monastery in Kosovo, Bishop Ilarion baptized the servants of God Sava and Simeon, Americans serving at the Bondsteel military base near Urosevac,” TV Hram stated in a post on Instagram.

The Serbian Orthodox Church today, on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the March Pogrom of Serbs in Kosovo, recalled that during the destructive attacks by Albanian extremists, 4,012 Serbs were expelled, most of whom have not returned to their homes to this day, and that on that day they particularly targeted Serbian Orthodox holy sites.
