Self-Determination MP Haki Abazi confirmed today that this party ordered his dismissal from the position of chairman of the Committee for Foreign Policy and pointed out that Albin Kurti was removing those he believed could threaten him as prime minister, Reporteri writes.

However, Abazi adds that he will not be the man to vote to overthrow Kurti's government.

"Of course, for most of you, this is not entirely unexpected. I will continue to be transparent and direct about my views on what is happening in parliamentary life. I think the main issue is that Mr. Kurti thinks I will become part of those who want to bring him down. Kurti is looking to find those who want to overthrow him from power. I repeat, I am not against Kurti's government. We have such a political situation in the country that the opposition cannot overthrow the government," Abazi says.

The Self-Determination MP points out that "Grenell is no longer in power, and Escobar is not a person who can be compared to Grenell."

"There is no rational interest in overthrowing the government. I am not doing anything at any point to become a target for the epic failures of Self-Determination over the last two years - in local elections, internal elections, completely killing internal democracy, leaving out the Movement's most dedicated activists, and setting electoral goals without any democratic debates. And then the failure of diplomacy and the consequent positioning of strategic allies against the way the dialogue was conducted. The tension in relations with America is real. It is not the US's fault, but ours, for not doing a proper job in this regard. And fourth is the complete lack of promised reforms, especially in the fight against crime and corruption," Abazi said.
