Brnabic: Serbia appreciates and is grateful to Romania for its principled position regarding Kosovo and Metohija
Prime Minister Ana Brnabic met in Bucharest with her Romanian colleague Nicolae Ciuca. After that, she will participate in the Munich meeting of leaders, which gathers more than 50 participants at the highest level, Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports.
Brnabic posted on Instagram that she had a great meeting with the Romanian Prime Minister.
"We continue to strengthen overall bilateral cooperation and political relations, and to raise economic cooperation to an even higher level, we will work on the project connecting and connecting the chambers of commerce of the two countries. Serbia greatly appreciates and is grateful to Romania for its principled position regarding Kosovo and Metohija. Peace and stability is our goal. It would be an honor to host you in Serbia, and I hope for a visit soon," Ana Brnabic said.
The meeting will discuss the effects of the war in Ukraine, and Ana Brnabic will also take part in the round table regarding the connection in the Western Balkans.
In addition to the Prime Minister, the EU Special Envoy for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina Miroslav Lajcak, Germany's Special Envoy for the Balkans Manuel Sarrazin, High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt, Slovenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Tanja Fajon, and others will be at the meeting.
