First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, denied the allegations about the alleged export of weapons and military equipment to Ukraine, published by the British agency "Reuters".

As announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dacic stated that Serbia respected internal and international legal acts and did not export weapons and military equipment to any country if this would enable the outbreak or continuation of armed conflicts, threaten the preservation of regional peace, and security, or threaten its defense interests.

He stressed that Serbia adhered to its policy of military neutrality and implemented the conclusions of the National Security Council from February last year.

The head of Serbian diplomacy once again emphasized that since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, no weapons had been exported from Serbia to any of the parties in the conflict.

He indicated that permits for the export of arms and military equipment of Serbia were issued exclusively to buyers with an End-User Certificate, which, among other things, stated that the end user could not re-export arms and military equipment without the consent of the competent institutions of Serbia.
