Isa Mustafa: Kosovo is sliding into a dictatorship

After the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade decided to shut down Klan Kosova television, in a statement to Gazeta Blic, the former president of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, stated that the decision was harmful and unfair, adding that Kosovo was slipping into a dictatorship.

Mustafa says that if there were legal lapses as the government claims, then measures should be taken against the bodies of the Ministry that made such a lapse, and not against television.

"Measures should be taken against the bodies of the Ministry that performed the registration, and not against the television that was registered, because it did not register itself, but the registration was reported to the Ministry and it accepted the documentation as valid. Therefore, this is an absurdity of its own kind," he said.
