Kraljevo Court confirmed the indictment and released Kosovo police officers from custody
The Pretrial Chamber of the Higher Court in Kraljevo has confirmed the indictment against three Kosovo police officers and decided to lift their detention.
According to the statement from the Higher Court in Kraljevo, following the preliminary procedure and the filing of the indictment by the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Kraljevo against the suspects B.S., R.Z., and S.M. for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession, carrying, and trafficking of weapons and explosive materials under Article 348, Paragraph 4, in conjunction with Paragraph 2, in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, the Pretrial Chamber of the Higher Court in Kraljevo has confirmed the indictment against the aforementioned defendants and issued a ruling lifting their detention.
Police officers Rifat Zeka, Beqir Sefi, and Mustafa Shem were arrested on June 14 in central Serbia, and today they appeared before the court in Kraljevo.
Initially, they were placed in custody for a period of 30 days.
