Minister of Administration and Local Self-Government Elbert Krasniqi stated that the Government of Kosovo will not form a new Management Team and that Prime Minister Albin Kurti is dealing with the issue of the Community of Serb Municipalities, as reported by Klan Kosova.

According to Krasniqi, the issue of the CSM is now being discussed at the political level.

"We constantly receive questions about when a new Management Team will be appointed. That team has completed its work, and now there is a political discussion, and the mandate for that rests with the Prime Minister of Kosovo," Krasniqi said.

He added that the version of the CSM Statute presented by Kurti was "constitutional and generous," stating that it allowed Serbs to organize and communicate with the Government of Kosovo.

"The vision proposed by Prime Minister Kurti is a good and sound basis that respects constitutionality, according to which the Serbian community can organize and have direct communication with the Government of Kosovo," Krasniqi emphasized.

He highlighted that the issue of the CSM will also be discussed at Kurti's meeting with the EU Special Envoy for the Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
