In many places in the north of Kosovo, the ballot boxes at the polling stations remained empty until the afternoon.

At the polling station in Srbovac, in Zvecan, not a single resident of that place voted in the extraordinary elections in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo until the afternoon, Dukagjini reported.

The same situation was at the polling station in Banjska because there were still no voters there either, Teve1.info writes and reminds that 633 citizens have the right to vote in that place.

Even in Zubin Potok, in the Velji Breg settlement, the members of the electoral committee have no work today.

"In the largest polling center in Velji Breg, in Zubin Potok, where there are 4,111 people with the right to vote, not a single citizen of Serbia went to the polling center to vote," Teve1.info reported.

The polling station, they report, is located in an "alternative area" on the main road Zubin Potok - Brnjak.

They also write that the situation is calm and that the prosecutor, who came earlier to take a closer look at the election situation, Fetije Bajrami, stated that there were no voters in that place even eight hours after the opening of the polls.

At that polling station, two Kosovo Police patrols are constantly on the move.

There are no voters in Brnjak either, where, as Indeks Online writes, there were no voters until 2 pm.

In that polling center, all voters are Serbs.

CEC official Artan Mezraja told Indeks Online that the process had been peaceful so far.

Ballot boxes and other polling stations during the day remained without a single ballot.
