Vucic: Only a few Serbs participated in the elections in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo and Metohija

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has said today that only a few Serbs have turned out in the elections so far in four municipalities in the north of Kosovo, and that this shows that the Serbs will not serve other people's interests.

"Today, elections are being held for Gauleiter of the occupation in the north of Kosovo, where they intend to establish a government with two percent. They asked for our consent for all that. I can proudly say that so far only a few Serbs have come out in all four municipalities together. Serbs will not listen to anyone else and serve other people's interests. They want peace with everyone, to respect everyone, but above all to fight for the interests of their people", he emphasized in his speech at the commemoration of the Day of Remembrance for the victims of crimes in the Jasenovac camp in Donja Gradina.

He pointed out that the emotions of our people changed, that the Serbs could no longer accept being guilty on duty, those who had no rights, that the Serbian politicians of the future are only when they agree to self-destruction or do something against their people.

Today, Serbs, he pointed out, know how to react in every way and in a unique way to every kind of pressure coming from outside.

"It's not that those who press are weaker, but that they don't understand that when a Serb gets fed up, there's no going back, that he wants to be free on his land without oppression," he stressed.
