Mehaj: Combat shooting and practice of Kosovo Security Forces near South Mitrovica

The Minister of Defense of Kosovo, Armend Mehaj, announced on his Facebook account that the combat readiness check of the Kosovo Security Forces (KSF) infantry units at the Crnusa training ground near South Mitrovica was continuing.

"The third infantry regiment of the Ground Forces Command carried out a field exercise at the tactical training ground in Crnusa, South Mitrovica, with live ammunition and thus checked two teams of Company B. During the implementation of this two-week exercise, our soldiers were trained in precise fire, fire control on an individual level and commanding operations, teamwork for fire control. The exercise was carried out as part of the training plan for 2023 to improve operational skills and capacities, as well as to check the infantry," Mehaj said.
