Director of the Institute for Territorial Economic Development (InTER) Dragisa Mijacic, responded to a joint interview by the German and French ambassadors, Jörn Rohde and Olivier Guérot, stating that instead of acknowledging and apologizing for the uncivilized act of relocating the monument to Serbian soldiers from World War I in Pristina, they "arrogantly lectured" non-governmental organizations and Serbs in Kosovo.

Reacting to the ambassadors’ interview on RTK2, Mijacic reminded that Rode and Géro last addressed the media together when they ordered the relocation of the monument to Serbian soldiers from World War I in Pristina.

“This time, they criticized NGOs for demanding accountability from the Kosovo police. Instead of humbly apologizing for their unprecedented and uncivilized act against the Serbian community and their ancestors, they arrogantly lectured NGOs and Kosovo Serbs,” Mijacic emphasized.

He questioned whether this is the best that German and French diplomacy can offer in such a critical moment.
