Musliu: Kurti is bloodthirsty, diverts attention from bigger issues in the north
Ganimete Musliu, a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, stated that Prime Minister Albin Kurti was "bloodthirsty" and that he wanted "bloodshed" in the Kosovo Parliament yesterday, as reported by Reporteri.
According to Musliu, Kurti is diverting attention from bigger issues in northern Kosovo.
"Albin Kurti wanted bloodshed because he is bloodthirsty. He didn't achieve much in the north through the police, so now violence will be repeated in the Assembly. However, these scenes and everything else that Albin Kurti stages do not distract from the masquerade and mega-scandals. They brought the police into the parliamentary chamber and forced them to confront the members of the Kosovo Assembly, which is unforgivable," Musliu said.
She emphasized that there was no greater or more serious incident than when the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister, referring to Besnik Bislimi and Hekuran Murati, physically attacked the members of parliament.
"They punched us and threw bottles at us, but no incident is more serious than the tear gas and scenes of violence that we have seen earlier in the Assembly," Musliu said.
