The Special Department of the Basic Court in Pristina has issued arrest warrants for six Serbs suspected of hooliganism, and in some cases, unauthorized possession of weapons, reports Reporteri.

The court made the decision to issue the warrants at the request of the Kosovo Special Prosecutor’s Office.

The suspects for whom the warrants have been issued are Boris Kragovic, Dragisa Ilic, Filip Djokovic, Lazar Radenkovic, Luka Maslakovic, and Vladimir Radivojevic.

The court states that despite multiple summonses from the Special Prosecutor’s Office during February, March, and April of this year, the suspects failed to appear before the competent authorities, “ignoring official summons.”

The court has authorized the Kosovo Police to arrest the suspects at any time, upon request of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, and bring them before the prosecutor’s office in Pristina.

Judicial authorities noted that the suspects are not present at their registered addresses in Kosovo, rendering them unavailable to the authorities. This led to the initiation of procedures for domestic and international arrest warrants, for which the legal conditions have been met based on the Criminal Procedure Code.
