Radojevic discusses challenges facing North Mitrovica with US congressional staff

North Mitrovica Mayor Milan Radojevic met today with a representative of the Atlantic Council and US congressional staff, whom he briefed on the challenges the municipality faces in its work.

“I am grateful for the visit by the representative of the Atlantic Council and US congressional staff, for the open and constructive discussion, and for the opportunity to brief them on the challenges and problems the Municipality of North Mitrovica faces in its day-to-day work. We believe that this dialogue and cooperation will continue and be further developed in the future,” Radojevic wrote on Facebook.

At yesterday’s sixth regular session of the North Mitrovica Municipal Assembly, councilors once again adopted a decision to remove the “I Love Mitrovica” sign. The request to initiate the procedure for removing the sign was submitted by Serb List councilors.
