Xani: It's not believable when Bislimi says that there was no discussion about the CSM in Brussels

Political analyst Visar Xani doubts the truthfulness of the statement made by Kosovo's chief negotiator in the dialogue with Serbia, Besnik Bislimi, that there was no discussion about the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities in Brussels today.

Xani told Teve 1 that Bislimi's statement could not be trusted because, as he said, "he doesn't know who is not talking about this topic anymore".

"I don't know who is not talking about this topic anymore; only Bislimi did not have it on the agenda. I don't believe that this can be trusted. What was on the table was in discussions; it was on the agenda at every level of the meeting. This cannot be denied, and there is no more discussion", Xani said.

In that sense, he emphasized the need for the government to be transparent regarding the dialogue with Serbia.

"There is a need for the Kosovo delegation to be more transparent. I'm not saying open to the extent that the process can be harmed, but to the point where it has an obligation to inform citizens about what is happening. It is important that we have more transparency to understand a little more", Xani added.
