Two Serbian houses broken into in the village of Donja Brnjica near Pristina
Unknown perpetrators broke into two Serbian houses last night in the village of Donja Brnjica near Pristina, Kosovo Online learns.
Thieves broke into the house of Bozidar Vanic by forcing the door, while burglars entered the house of Ranko and Srdjan Milicevic through the roof and attic. In both houses, the robbers turned everything upside down.
Forensic experts from the Kosovo Police conducted an investigation. The owners of the houses are currently in Belgrade, where they were celebrating their patron saint. The extent of the damage from the break-in will be known after the owners return to their homes.
The house break-in was reported to the police by Zvonko Tanaskovic, who noticed open doors on the houses. Tanaskovic stated that such incidents affected the Serbs in this village, who were concerned about thefts and house break-ins, as the perpetrators are usually never found.
In Donja Brnjica, around 300 Serbs are residing.
