Abdullahu: Kurti is constructing ideological bunkers worse than Enver Hoxha's
Democratic Party of Kosovo Spokesperson Faton Abdullahu stated that Prime Minister Albin Kurti's actions toward other Albanians in the Balkans constituted the construction of ideological bunkers worse than those of Enver Hoxha and that they were hindering cooperation, Klan Kosova reported.
"This is a government stemming from a party that uses the Albanian national flag as its party logo. What Kurti is doing in relation to other Albanians in the Balkans is constructing ideological bunkers worse than Enver Hoxha's, which disrupt cooperation," Abdullahu noted.
He commented on the arrest of former Self-Determination Movement councilor Besnik Mujeci in Albania on suspicion of drug trafficking, mentioning that the Self-Determination Movement had expelled Mujeci from the party because there was a possibility they "knew something more" and that they had deliberately done so.
"That's why the competent authorities need to react swiftly," Abdullahu said.
According to him, a similar situation occurred when Minister Rozeta Hajdari hit a child with her car, and then Prime Minister Albin Kurti, according to Abdullahu, came out and provided explanations.
"This shows that this government thinks laws are secondary. This administration has a different problem, it harbors corrupt ideas. The corrupt idea is to address citizens during the campaign and tell them that we will unite with Albania, and then implement policies that separate you from official Tirana more than ever before," Abdullahu stated.
As he adds, this is ideological corruption.
