An Albanian assaulted a Serb while he was tending to his field near Hajvalia
A Serb, G. M. from Caglavica, was assaulted on his field between Caglavica and Hajvalia, Medija Centar info reported.
He was attacked yesterday by a younger Albanian who was herding sheep.
While G. M. was working on his farmland, the younger Albanian was crossing his field with a flock of about 100 sheep.
When G. M. asked him not to do so and not to damage his crops, the Albanian struck him multiple times with a stick, telling him to 'Fol shqip' (speak Albanian) and 'Go to Serbia'.
G. M. reported the incident to the police in Gracanica and underwent a medical examination, which revealed injuries to his lower extremities.
Medija Centar attempted to get more details about the case from the Commander of the Police Station in Gracanica, Bratislav Trajkovic, but he stated that he was not authorized to provide statements and directed them to the media office in Pristina.
Today, Medija Centar was unable to contact the media office of the Kosovo Police in Pristina.
