Kosovo Police raid the Postal Savings Bank branches in northern municipalities

In a coordinated action, Kosovo police simultaneously raided branches of the Postal Savings Bank in the northern municipalities of North Mitrovica, Leposavic, Zvecan, and Zubin Potok around 3 PM today.
Following the raids, bank clients who were inside the branches at the time left the premises, while Kosovo police officers, armed with long-barreled weapons, stationed themselves outside the bank buildings in all four municipalities. According to reports, members of special units have been deployed at multiple points on the streets leading to the banks.
The police also entered the Treasury Administration building in North Mitrovica.
Currently, a convoy of armored police vehicles is heading towards Leposavic.
