It has become expected for talks in Brussels to yield no results, political analyst Artan Muhaxhiri tells Kosovo Online, following the conclusion of the seventh round of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.

"It is evident that neither Kosovo nor Serbia have the willingness or motivation to find a solution," Muhaxhiri emphasizes.

As he points out, the issue of the dinar should be addressed in the easiest and most practical way, but, he adds, both sides have politicized the issue.

"And of course, we don't have the willingness or any idea how to reach a solution. This is because they are losing a lot of energy, time, and focus on this issue and are not dealing with more important matters in the dialogue," our interviewee believes.

According to him, all of this means that a final solution will be postponed and worse, considering the dialogue and other processes in the region, and accordingly, he does not expect any agreement in the near future.

"There is no intention, no willingness, no plan to approach the dinar issue. In the past, there were many tougher situations, and a solution was found, but now, with no willingness, no motivation... They don't want to find a solution, and no one can impose it on them. They will always find a way to avoid a solution, which is bad for the overall context of the dialogue and negotiations," Muhaxhiri evaluates.
