Prime Minister Albin Kurti spoke on the phone last night with US State Department Counselor Derek Chollet about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process as well as the situation in the four municipalities in northern Kosovo after the elections held on April 23, Klan Kosova reports.

"They discussed the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia, with an emphasis on the full and unconditional implementation of the Basic Agreement, as well as the meeting held on Monday in Brussels at the level of chief negotiators. They also discussed the situation in the four municipalities in northern Kosovo after the elections on April 23 and the finalization of the electoral process regarding the holding of constituent sessions and the swearing-in of elected mayors," the statement said.

The interlocutors also addressed the visit of USAID Administrator Samantha Power to Kosovo, who, together with Kurti and Minister Rizvanolli, announced the first auction for a 100-megawatt solar energy park.
