Rasic: I suggest that Stano carefully read the Constitution of Kosovo
When I looked at Stano's biography, I did not see that he was familiar with the Constitution of Kosovo, so I suggest that he read it carefully, the Progressive Democratic Party President Nenad Rasic said, who was appointed by Prime Minister Albin Kurti to the Minister for Communities and Return position.
Rasic added that "Article 94 also states that the Prime Minister has the right to dismiss and appoint ministers without consulting the Parliament".
"Article 94 says that the prime minister, according to the laws of Kosovo, has the right to dismiss and appoint ministers without the consent Parliament's consent," Rasic said.
As a reminder, the EU spokesman Peter Stano said that "the appointment of Nenad Rasic is a disappointment for the EU, because it does not fulfill what is foreseen by the Constitution of Kosovo," adding that it was up to Kosovo's Constitutional Court to decide.
In a statement for Kosovo Online, the former President of Kosovo's Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, said that the decision to appoint Nenad Rasic as the Minister for Communities and Return violated the Constitution of Kosovo.
