Stojanovic: Serbian communities "received" 100 percent more ethnically motivated incidents

The foreign policy advisor to the Prime Minister of Serbia, Nikola Stojanovic, said that since 2021, Serbian municipalities in Kosovo had "received" 100 percent more ethnically motivated incidents.

Stojanovic, reacting to the statement of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, that ten municipalities with a Serbian majority had received an average of 62 percent more money from the budget per capita than municipalities with an Albanian majority, stated that the Serbian communities in Kosovo were exposed to constant ethnically motivated attacks and hatred.

"In addition, they 'received' 100 percent more ethnically motivated incidents and hate crimes (as a whole); compared to central Serbia, the Balkans, and even the whole of Europe; great statistics. Even better numbers if we look at the highest global figures of post-conflict displaced people who have not returned and the 'impressive' results of the destruction of Serbian cultural and religious heritage (all per capita). Everything has been intensified since 2021," Stojanovic said.
