Tahiri: Kurti will sign the agreement on the CSM in Brussels
The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Abelard Tahiri, estimated that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti would sign the agreement on the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities in Brussels, Telegrafi reported.
Tahiri said in the program "Debat Plus" that if the agreement is signed, the Kosovo government will begin drafting the CSM Statute starting in June.
"The Prime Minister of Kosovo and the President of Serbia will evidently sign the agreement. Then we have elections in the north where four legitimate municipal authorities in the north of Kosovo will be elected," Tahiri said.
In his opinion, the government will deal with the draft of the CSM Statute after that and thus begin the implementation of that agreement.
"That agreement will start being implemented without being part of the final agreement," Tahiri believes.
Kurti and Vucic will meet on February 27 in Brussels as part of a dialogue, as announced, where they will discuss the European Union's proposal for the normalization of relations.
