Kristina and Borko Jovanovic: We are very happy and grateful that Jakov will have a keepsake from the President of Serbia
Jakov's parents, Kristina and Borko Jovanovic, told Kosovo Online that the news that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic would gift their son a watch received from Czech President Milos Zeman had brought them immense joy. They are happy that their son will have a keepsake from the President of Serbia.
Mother Kristina expresses her happiness that her son will have a keepsake from the President of Serbia.
"Jakov was born after midnight, around 2:35 in Gracanica. He is the first baby born in that maternity ward, and then we found out that he is also the first baby in Kosovo. We are very happy that he is the firstborn baby this year. This morning, we learned that we will receive a watch from Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. We are very happy and grateful that the president remembered us and that Jakov will have a keepsake from the President of Serbia throughout his life. Since Jakov was born, we have received numerous gifts, and I would like to thank everyone for that and wish everyone a happy New Year and Christmas holidays, hoping that they will be celebrated in happiness, health, and joy," Jovanovic said.
Jakov's grandmother, Sladjana Jovanovic, also expressed gratitude to the President of Serbia for the gift.
"I am a proud grandmother, I have a grandson. We were very happy when we heard that the president gifted our grandson a watch, and we are very grateful that he remembered us," Jovanovic said.
Jakov is the first child of Kristina and Borko Jovanovic.
