Dejan Pantic's house arrest was extended for another two months
The Basic Court in Pristina made a decision to extend Dejan Pantic's house arrest for another two months, Klan Kosova reports.
According to the court, the measure of house arrest will remain in force until March 9.
"The judge for the preliminary proceedings made a decision and adopted the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo, to extend the house arrest of Dejan Pantic for another two months, so that the house arrest will remain in force until March 9, 2023", according to the court announcement.
As it is added, against that decision, the dissatisfied party has the right to appeal to the Court of Appeal of Kosovo in Pristina, through the Basic Court in Pristina.
Dejan Pantic's defense attorney, a lawyer Ljubomir Pantovic, told Kosovo Online today that the prosecution submitted a request to extend Dejan Pantic's house arrest for another two months, and that, given the circumstances, the court would most likely accept such a request.
