Gazeta Express: Planned murder of Lumir Abdixhiku and some members of the Democratic League of Kosovo

According to the information obtained by Gazeta Express, there is a plan to liquidate the president of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, as well as some other deputies from that party.

According to that Pristina media, certain "partner services" informed Kosovo's security institutions that they had received information that there was a group that has been identified and has been planning to assassinate Abdixhiku.

The sources of that media say that this is very reliable information and that the leaders of the Democratic League of Kosovo have decided to inform the law enforcement authorities about it.

One of the deputies, who is mentioned as the target of the assassination, has submitted the information to the police in Pristina this evening.

"We believe that the police should treat this case seriously, since the information received by Kosovo's partner services about the planned assassination of Democratic League of Kosovo leaders is extremely serious," added a Democratic League of Kosovo official, who did not want to reveal his identity.
