Raci: CSM is not a new topic, it has been in Kosovo since 2015 and it is an American, German and European request

Analyst Gazmir Raci said that from 2017 to 2021, many unresolved issues accumulated in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. He emphasized that the Community of Serb-majority Municipalities is not a new topic and that it is an American, German and European request, Klan Kosova reports.

He pointed out in the Rubikon show that various governments had been conducting dialogue since 2011, but that in the period from 2017 to 2021, many unresolved issues had accumulated.

"So instead of talking about a dialogue for normalization, for a final agreement, it took us two years to talk about it. License plates, ID cards, stickers, energy agreement, CSM, I don't understand why there is a discussion about CSM when this is not a new topic, the CSM has existed since 2015, it is an American request, a European request, a German request, it was also the request of Secretary Hillary Clinton, no step has been taken, it has been four or five years that no step has been taken," Raci said.
