Sadiku: Disagreements between Kurti and Rama on Kosovo's next steps

Political analyst from Pristina, Arbnor Sadiku, believes that in recent years there have not been good relations between the Prime Ministers of Albania and Kosovo, Edi Rama and Albin Kurti, due to disagreements over the steps Kosovo should take to join international organizations and in its relations with other countries.
"Rama and Kurti are currently not on good terms; they face challenges in cooperation and have disagreements about the steps Kosovo needs to take in collaboration with the US and the European Union, as well as regarding Kosovo's relations with the Western Balkan countries," Sadiku notes.
On the other hand, Sadiku believes that Kurti maintains a good relationship with North Macedonia and its Prime Minister, Hristijan Mickoski, because of his strong ties with Albanian parties that are part of the North Macedonian government.
